Bettye Louise Cox was born February 5, 1943 and passed away to her heavenly home on March 12, 2025. She graduated from Fair Oak Springs school in 1961 and was a longtime resident of Brookhaven.

She was predeceased by her parents, Mary Louise (Lola) Gill and Clem Byrd.

Bettye never met a stranger and always saw the good in everyone.

She leaves behind her brother, Mike Case and Carmen, several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at Parkway Baptist Church Clinton, MS on Saturday March 22 with visitation at 1:00 pm followed by service at 1:30.
