Funeral services for Anna Jo Sasser will be on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at Bethel Baptist Church (708 Homesville Road) in Bogue Chitto, MS, at 1:00 PM with burial to follow in the Bethel Community Cemetery. Bro. Matt Gazaway will be officiating the services with Brookhaven Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be at Bethel Baptist Church on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM.

Ms. Anna Jo, 14, of Bogue Chitto, MS, passed from this life on Friday, May 13, 2022, at home with her loving family by her side.  She was born on April 22, 2008, in McComb, MS, to Jonathan and Shana Sasser. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church; and enjoyed crafts, her dogs, watching game shows, and spending time with her family. She was a loving daughter, sister, granddaughter, and friend.

Preceding her in death was her grandfather, Bruce Ashley.

Survivors are her parents; siblings, Lauren Sasser Rials and husband Thomas, Joshua Sasser and wife Hannah, and Caleb Sasser; grandparents, Bert and Malissia Sasser, and Janice Ashley Miller and husband Dan Miller; Uncles, Benjamin Sasser and wife Chelsea, and Brett Ashley and wife Jeannie; and a host of family and friends.
