Amie Leann Jones Landry, 35, of Bogue Chitto, MS, passed away February 18, 2024 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg.

Visitation will be from 10-12 Friday with her service to follow at 12 at Brookhaven Funeral Home.  She will be laid to rest at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Bogue Chitto. Bro Lance Moak and Bro. Nicholas Jones will officiate with Brookhaven Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Amie was born on May 20, 1988 in McComb, MS.  Amie is the daughter of Glyn and Valerie Jones of Bogue Chitto.

She graduated from Bogue Chitto High School in 2006 and is a graduate of Southwest Community College in cosmetology in 2008.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Elder Ray "Bud" and Faye "Nannie" Moak; her paternal grandparents, Roger and Claudell Jones.

She is survived by her parents; two sons, Gage Landry, and Jace Landry of Bogue Chitto; one brother, Nicholas Jones (Samantha); two nephews, Zion Jones, and Raef Jones; one niece Wilder Jones.

Her cousins will serve as pallbearers; David Moak, Daniel Moak, Chris Jones, Milton Jones Jr., Bryce Estes, and Nick Jones. Honorary pallbearers are Gage Landry and Jace Landry.
